Getting Taller

I came down stairs the other day and found the boys very carefully measuring each other; I grabbed the camera like any mom would.

6 years old

Reagan had his 6th B-day party at the Brunswik Bowling alley in Lakeville.  I will never forget what  Reagan said to me on this morning - "Mom, now that I am six years old I don't need my blankee anymore".  I felt sad, excited, helpless and proud all at the same time. Happy 6th Birthday Reagan!

Reagan received a tent and a new sleeping bag for his 6th B-day.  We promptly pitched it in our front room.  Riley also got to enjoy the gift.

Burning Energy

This winter seemed like it was never going to end.  Making sure the boys get enough exercise is difficult in a cold Minnesota winter.  Thus, we go to great lengths to find large spaces for them to burn their endless energy.  This is at the Edina City Center. 

Ipad

I am amazed at how quickly the boys maneuver through the Ipad.  It is almost certain that these small tablets will be their generations computer.  They will look back at this blog and laugh at the archaic technology.
